In an effort to expand upon my already substantial online presence (MySpace, Facebook, Blogs, Livejournal, Twitter, Flickr, FetLife, etc), I bit the bullet and joined Tumblr as well.
When Jefferson and I were in Chicago we laughed about the signs in the subways (or “El”) that said “Out” or “Way Out” instead of exit. We got quite a kick out of it. (We’re simple minded creatures I guess.)
Maybe Chicago should use this LOLcat for it’s signs…teehee.
“So I’m seeing Jefferson next week. I was thinking of making lasagna or something. What do you think?”
“Well, it’s your birthday…”
“Yeah, it’s also our anniversary too.”
She gives me a quizzical look. I watch her put together the realization that I met a strange, old man on my 20th birthday.
“Oh, did you not know that already?”
“No,” she says shaking her head.
“Whoops.” I laughed and shrugged my shoulders.
